Synthetic Resin Tile Installation for Synthetic Resin Tile Installation

To achieve optimal results when installing synthetic resin tiles, necessary preparatory work must be performed on different roof surfaces prior to construction.
Roof Preparation for Synthetic Resin Tile Installation
- Reinforced Concrete Roofs. Battens are fixed to the concrete roof surface via embedded anchors. The batten surface must be level with precise spacing to ensure roof flatness. Note that both embedded anchors and battens—whether steel or wood—require treatment.
- For wooden roofs receiving synthetic resin tiles, ensure wooden panels are level with minimal material deformation. When laying asphalt roofing rolls over wood, the rolls must be flat, vertical, and accurately overlapped. Avoid distortion or wrinkling; stagger seams between layers and adjacent rolls. Secure wood panels to battens or roof beams using galvanized nails or bolts.
- For steel structure roofs, trusses, purlins, and other components must remain level to ensure the flatness of the synthetic resin tile roof. Welding at joints must strictly adhere to construction specifications, eliminating non-compliant practices. All steel materials must undergo anti-corrosion treatment.
In fact, whether using synthetic resin tiles or polyester anti-corrosion tiles, roof preparation is essential before installation. Only by meticulously executing these details can our projects achieve outstanding results.
