Description

The product is made of super weather-resistant ASA resin and modified PVC resin and processed by double-layer co-extrusion technology. The biggest advantage is that it can significantly improve the insulation performance. The surface material is super weather resistant resin to ensure product durability and corrosion resistance; the bottom material is PVC resin, which can increase the rigidity and impact resistance of the tile and increase the space and brightness of the factory.

Notice

1. When maintenance the roof tiles, must put a wooden board on the top of roof tile first, then the worker step on thewooden board.
2. The roofing tile should not be over-bent, to avoid damages.
3. The heat expansion and cold contraction of roof tile is different from steel sheet,expansion space must be reservedand pay attention to embedded depth, otherwise the roof tile deformation and cracking might happen.
4. When installation, it is recommended to use special waterproof accessories (self-drill serew and plastic fixers).
Especially at eaves’ position, plastic fixer must be used to hold down.
5. It is recommended to use neutral silicone sealant and suitable gasket material to prevent leakage.
